Allu Arjun's ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ released today. The film is creating a huge buzz not only in India but also around the world. It is expected to earn at least 250 crores on the first day itself. Most of the fans who have seen the film are talking about the 'Jathara' scene in the film. However, reports are coming out that this scene is being shown cut in Saudi Arabia.
Reports say that the Saudi Arabian censor board has scrutinized this scene and they have strongly opposed it. Allu Arjun is playing the role of a goddess in some scenes. The board also observed that there are extensive references to Hindu gods in the film.
It is reported that 19 minutes of the film have been cut. Since this is a crucial scene leading to the climax, fans are worried that it will affect the flow of the film. Meanwhile, the film has earned more than 100 crores through advance bookings in India. The Hindi version of Pushpa is also receiving great support.
Directed by Sukumar, the film stars Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Sunil, Jagapathi Babu and Prakash Raj in the lead roles, apart from Allu Arjun. The film is made with more mass scenes than the first part.
