KOCHI: Pulsar Suni, the first accused in the actor assault case, has approached the Supreme Court demanding cross examination of two forensic experts again. Suni has demanded to cross-examine the doctor who collected the samples and the assistant director of the forensic laboratory.

Suni said he was not able to discuss the matter with his lawyer as he was in jail during the cross examination of the main witnesses. He moved the apex court after the high court rejected this demand earlier.

The high court had observed that Pulsar Suni's argument was childish. The high court had clarified that cross-examining the witnesses would delay the trial of the case.
