Government to give 10 crores as loan at very low interest rate; additional concession if conditions are met; gift in Kerala budget 2025

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: An attractive announcement in the Kerala state budget presented today is EYO or 'Expand Your Office'. The government will provide a loan of up to Rs 10 crore to entrepreneurs. The interest rate is only five percent. If the conditions are met correctly, an additional one percent concession in interest will be available. Know what the scheme is.

A start-up or MSME founder who owns his own land, can provide employment to more than a hundred people and has been successfully operating for at least three years will be given a loan to set up co-working spaces on his own land.

One percent concession in interest will be provided if 90 percent of the co-working spaces set up in this way are used within two years and proportionate jobs are created. Rs 10 crore has been allocated to KFC for the interest concession of this scheme.
