Chicken hunt on expressway while driver and cleaner lie injured; video of villagers looting from overturned poultry truck going viral

AGRA: People rush to catch chickens after a poultry lorry overturned. The incident took place on the Agra Expressway in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh. A video of the poultry truck carrying chickens lying overturned and people taking the chickens is going viral on social media.

Even though the driver and helper in the vehicle were injured in the accident, people grabbed the chickens and took the birds home without taking them to the hospital. The incident took place on Saturday, February 15. In the video that has emerged, people can be seen trying to catch as many chickens as possible that fell on the road after the lorry overturned.

The police arrived later and brought the situation under control. The police took the injured driver and cleaner to the hospital. It is reported that the driver fell asleep while driving, leading to the accident. The lorry that overturned was transporting chickens from Amethi to Firozabad.
