Daughter was raped and murdered, claims Sushant Singh Rajput's Manager; seeks FIR against Aaditya Thackeray

MUMBAI: Satish Salian, the father of Disha Salian, who was the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's manager, has approached the Bombay High Court to file an FIR against Shiv Sena MLA Aaditya Thackeray. Disha tragically passed away on June 8, 2020, after falling from the 14th floor of a building in Malad, Mumbai. Her death was initially ruled as accidental, but her father now alleges that she was raped and murdered.

Disha hosted a party at her home on the day of her death, attended by Aaditya Thackeray, actors Sooraj Pancholi, and Dino Morea. Satish claims there are witnesses to Disha being brutally assaulted. He also points out inconsistencies in the case, such as the lack of injuries on her body and no bloodstains at the scene where she allegedly fell from the 14th floor.

Satish's lawyer, Nilesh Ojha, revealed that a complaint was filed against Aaditya and the actors last year, but the police did not act on it. He also accused Aaditya of falsely claiming that the CBI had cleared him of involvement.

Aaditya Thackeray has denied the allegations, calling them an attempt by the BJP government to tarnish his reputation. Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut suggested the timing of the petition is politically motivated, linking it to ongoing controversies in Maharashtra regarding the Aurangzeb issue.
