'Wife's extramarital relationship with Malayali youth'; Rippling co-founder Prasanna Sankar explosive allegations shock social media

CHENNAI: Rippling co-founder Prasanna Sankar, the young billionaire from Chennai, kicked a storm on social media platform X with a series of explosive posts alleging his wife of adultery. As per his posts on social media, Prasanna initiated a divorce after he confronted his wife Dhivya Sashidhar’s extramarital affair.

The Singapore-based tech entrepreneur is currently in India going through a messy divorce procedure after Dhivya alleged him of forced rape and prostitution. Prasanna pleaded for help from authorities including the Tamil Nadu chief minister to intervene in the case as he alleged the police officials of blackmailing him and demanding more than Rs 25 lakh as a bribe to settle the case.

Prasanna and Dhivya met at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli NIT, where they fell in love. The couple have been married for ten years and have a 9-year-old son. As per reports, their son is currently with Prasanna after he purportedly caught Dhivya cheating him with a Keralite named Anoop Kuttysankaran. Dhivya has also started a legal battle to claim custody of her son.

According to his confession, Anoop’s wife informed Prasanna about the covert affair between the two, which left the tech entrepreneur shattered.

"Me and my wife, Dhivya, were married for 10 years and we have a 9-year-old son. Recently our marriage broke down after I discovered she was having an affair with a person named Anoop for 6+ mos,”

Prasanna also shared the screenshots of the mobile phone exchanges between Dhivya and Anoop. Prasanna now alleges an ad hominem attack from Dhivya, who is refusing to cooperate with divorce.

“After that we were negotiating the terms of how many million dollars I need to pay her, as a part of our divorce. She was unhappy and decided to instead file a fake police complaint against me saying I hit her. Singapore police have investigated these allegations, found them baseless and have cleared me from all charges.

Prasanna then went on: "Dhivya meanwhile abducted my son to the US only to aggravate the divorce case. This forced me to file an international child abduction case in the US and the court ruled in my favour. Dhivya then came for negotiation and asked me to reach Chennai. We signed an MoU that said I pay her 9 Crores and 4.3 Lakhs/month.”

However, I was unaware of the game at play as Tamil Nadu cops rummaged my house, and harassed my mother and relatives in the fake case. My relatives are currently out of town. My cell phone location, UPI ID and all details are being tracked down while the harassment continues and no FIR has been lodged.

Anyway, I am feeling great right now for all the support I received. I built an empire from nothing and I can handle this too. I will be taking the case legally."
