'Using chain with tiger tooth pendant'; Congress leader lodges complaint against Suresh Gopi

THRISSUR: A Congress leader has lodged a complaint with the police alleging that Union Minister Suresh Gopi is using a tiger tooth pendant. The complainant is A.A. Muhammed Hashim, who is the State General Secretary of the INTUC youth wing and a former national spokesperson of the Youth Congress.

Meanwhile, in a drug case involving rapper Vedan (Hirandas Murali), the jeweller Santhosh Kumar stated that he was unaware that the item brought to be made into a silver locket was a tiger tooth. The locket was crafted at a jewellery shop in Viyyur. Vedan himself did not bring the silver to be used for the locket. The locket was made and handed over around eight months ago. Vedan had also visited the jewellery store to collect the locket.
