NEW DELHI: A soldier injured in a drone strike by Pakistan in Udhampur has died. Surendra Kumar Moga of Rajasthan’s Jhunjhunu succumbed to his injuries. Surendra Kumar was serving in the medical wing of the Indian Air Force. So far, three soldiers and a BSF jawan have died in the attack by Pakistan.

BSF sub-inspector Mohammed Imtiaz was martyred in heavy shelling and firing by Pakistan near the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir early Saturday morning. He was in charge of an Indian post in the border area. Imtiaz was shot while leading a BSF team.

After the relations between India and Pakistan worsened, Pakistan had carried out large-scale attacks on military posts and villages along the international border. Imtiaz lost his life while the BSF was trying hard to counter this.
