SIVAGIRI: A group of Sivagiri Mutt sanyasis arrived in Delhi to participate in the Sree Narayana Gurudeva-Mahatma Gandhi Samagama Centenary Celebrations being held in Delhi today. Led by Sree Narayana Dharma Sangham Trust President Swami Sachidananda and General Secretary Swami Shubhangananda, around 20 monks who arrived at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport yesterday morning were given a warm welcome by the Samagama Centenary Celebrations Committee under the auspices of the Organizing Committee.
Sivagiri Mutt Legal Advisor Seminraj, Mutt PRO E.M. Somanathan, ANERT former director and Sivagiri Media Committee Chairman Dr. M. Jayaraju, Kathaprasangha Committee Convener Ajayan S. Karunagappally, Yuvajana Sabha Chairman Rajesh Sahadevan, Matrushabha Chairperson Dr. Anitashankar were also present with the group of sanyasis.
Activists from organizations such as Delhi Malayali Association, Panchajanyam Bharat, SNDP Yogam, NSS Union, KPMS, Vishwakarma Sabha, Sree Narayana Kendram, Sachidanandaswamy Foundation, Harijan Seva Sangham, Loka Kerala Sabha, Malayali Vishwakarma Sabha, Gurudharma Pracharak Sabha etc. had arrived. Gurudeva movements operating in most states including Kerala have also ensured their presence at the conference. Accommodation facilities have been arranged for the participants of the conference at Kerala House, buildings of various movements and homes of Guru devotees.
