16,500 sq ft home with spa, gym & 1500 sq ft toilet, owns private jet as well; Malayali actress's luxurious life

Nayanthara resides in Poes Garden, Chennai, a neighbourhood known for housing the ultra-wealthy, including superstar Rajinikanth and former Pepsi CEO Indra Nooyi. The actress purchased the luxurious 16.500 sq. ft four-bedroom home in this elite area in 2021. According to some national media reports, the bathrooms alone in the house span approximately 1,500 sq. ft. The residence is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities.

The opulent house includes various features like a spa, a home theatre, a private gym, a swimming pool, and glass panels extending from floor to ceiling. In 2021, Nayanthara co-founded The Lip Balm Company with dermatologist Dr Renita Rajan. The company now produces over 100 beauty enhancement products. Reports also suggest that Nayanthara has invested nearly Rs 100 crore in the oil industry in the UAE. Additionally, she is believed to have made significant real estate investments in major cities across India. She also owns a private jet worth approximately Rs 50 crore.
