LUCKNOW: In a ghastly crime, a woman castrated her male partner with a blade following a verbal tiff. The incident took place in the Sant Kabir Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Local media reports suggest that the two fought for a trivial reason, which ended with the woman choosing violence.

The woman lives in Mushara village in Khalilahad Kotwali area. Vikas Nishad, 19, who lives in Jangal Kala in the same area, had come to the neighbouring village to meet his girlfriend. Reports say that Vikas reached the village following the instructions of his girlfriend. He spent about six hours with his girlfriend at her house. During this time, the two got into a heated argument, after which the woman took a blade to castrate her partner.

Vikas somehow left the village and reached his home, soaked in blood. The perturbed family rushed him to the hospital. According to the victim’s mother, the two were in a relationship for over six years. The Kotwali police confirmed receiving no official complaint in this regard.
