‘Coolie’, the movie that amassed epic hype in the last few days, is here in theatres. It would be impossible to pick a movie that garnered such pre-release momentum as Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’. The star-studded cast and the director Lokesh Kanakaraj’s name were enough for many to bet on the movie to become the next big thing at the box office.
The songs from the movie have already got into the chart toppers, and let us now seek the first day response the movie got from the audience.
Don’t believe someone who says this is a top-notch work. The movie failed to meet my expectations.
Not a Lokesh movie to be honest.
Super movie. I am a hardcore Rajini fan.
One of the worst films of Lokesh Kanakaraj. Though Soubin was a treat to watch.
Felt some lag before the interval, but towards the end, the movie gained back its energy.
They tried to bring something of a 'Rolex' kind, but the move faltered.
It was an exhausting task to survive those three hours in theatres. I was eagerly looking to jump out when the end credits started rolling.
It is just a normal movie. Nothing much.
A slow-paced movie with few high moments. No great shakes.
