Chicken head, burnt hair and witchcraft practices; Vishnu threatens to commit suicide after hacking his father

THRISSUR: Son threatens to commit suicide after slashing his father. The incident took place in Muthrathikkara, Thrissur. Sivan (70) was slashed by his son Vishnu. Sivan was admitted to Thrissur Medical College in a critical condition.

It was the neighbours who took Sivan to the hospital. Locals say that the son slashed his father during a family dispute. Vishnu was hiding in the second floor room when the police reached the spot and conducted an investigation. The police broke the door and windows and tried to enter and arrest Vishnu, but in vain. It is reported that Vishnu, who made suicide threats and showed a violent nature, remained on the second floor for hours.

Vishnu, who has an account under the name Vedarudran on Instagram and Facebook, has shared pictures of martial arts and other reels. He has also shared a picture of himself holding a trident. He is inside a room filled with many dangerous objects. The police and fire force are trying hard to persuade Vishnu. The police found a chicken head and the remains of burnt hair as evidence of witchcraft practices in the house.
