Death of Thiruvananthapuram native in Bengaluru; Case against Malayali women

BENGALURU: The police have registered a case against two Malayali women in connection with the death of a native of Thiruvananthapuram in Bengaluru. The dead has been identified as C P Vishnu (39) of Kalabham House near Aarthrassery temple in Edathara. The women were staying with Vishnu.

Vishnu was staying in Radiant Shine Apartment at Yellanahalli area in Bengaluru. He shared his apartment with Surya Kumari (38) and Jyothi (38) working in private companies. Jishnu, brother of Vishnu, in his complaint to Hulimavu police said one of the women informed that Vishnu was found hanging in the washroom on Friday early morning.

Jishnu alleged that Vishnu took the extreme step following the harassment of the women. The police have registered a case against the women for abetment to suicide. Reports said Vishnu was in a relationship with one of them. There were heated exchanges between the two. Vishnu was an official of IKS Company at Hosur Road in Bengaluru. He leaves behind his father B Chandra Kumar and mother P Padmakumari.
