Nagma’s rare interview was retrieved through the popular YouTube channel Wild Films. Nagma says she often engages in meditation when stressed and prefers home-cooked food.
"I believe that health is wealth. No matter how busy my schedule is, I exercise and follow a diet. I find a lot of time for meditation. It brings me happiness and helps me, too," Nagma said.
The actress is adamant about food cooked in her own kitchen and has eliminated fried food from her plate. Nagma uses very little oil while cooking food and tries her best to avoid fast food. Nagma added that she prefers food that is bland, but nutritious and tasty.
