Class 12 student attacks teacher, bites lip for rejecting advances

AGRA: More information emerged in connection with the brutal attack towards a teacher at a private school in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh. A 17-year-old boy attacked a 25-year-old woman on the street with a blade. The incident happened on January 20 at around 5:30 pm in Kotwali area of Mainpuri. The CCTV footage of the incident surfaced a few days ago and only then the information came to light.

The CCTV footage shows the accused forcibly trying to kiss the teacher who was walking through a residential area and then dragging her by the neck. When she tried to resist, the 17-year-old boy used a blade to cause deep cuts on the teacher's face and lips. The CCTV footage also shows the accused fleeing after hearing the screams of the neighbors. The police have informed that a case has been registered in the incident and efforts are on to find the absconding accused.

The teacher's brother has revealed some things in connection with the incident. The woman had previously worked at the school where the accused is studying. The 17-year-old had misbehaved with the teacher. The teacher told the student's mother about this at the school's PTA meeting. After that, the accused often stopped the teacher on the way and abused her. With this, she resigned from her job and joined another school.

However, the complaint said the accused started harassing her again. On the day of the incident, the accused forced her to have sex. When she refused, he attacked her. The seriously injured teacher was first admitted to the district hospital but was later shifted to a private hospital in Agra for specialist treatment.
