
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Health Minister Veena George, who was discharged from Pariyaram Medical College Hospital, is now resting at her home in Pathanamthitta, according to an official statement from her office. The minister's office also said that all her official programmes until March 2 have been postponed.
The minister was discharged from the Pariyaram Medical College based on the recommendation of a medical board. Doctors have advised her to take complete rest for four days. She will continue to take the medicines prescribed by the doctors. The statement also said that follow-up treatment has been advised at the Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram.
