THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The health department has directed to be on high alert in the wake of a rise in infection cases through contact. Alappuzha, Thrissur, Palakkad and Kannur districts have been asked to be on high alert.
The health department said more clusters are likely to form in these areas. The health department said 51 clusters have been formed in the state so far. Their main directive is to strengthen precautionary measures in coastal areas, thickly populated areas, Alappuzha ITBP camp, Kannur CISF and DSC camps. They reviewed that more clusters could be formed through transmission.
