MALAPPURAM: Amid rising concern of virus outbreak, COVID-19 claims two more lives in Kerala. Malappuram Chettippadi native Koyamon (55) died while in treatment for the disease at Kozhikode Medical College Hospital.
Kannur native Damodara (70), who collapsed and died in Chokli, tested positive for COVID-19. He was found dead last Saturday in a plantation. The source of his infection is unknown. His dead body is kept at Thalassery General Hospital.
With these two deaths, the number of deaths in the state on Monday rose to 6.
