Mammootty's love for trees is no secret, his birthday cake had a tree on it!

Malayalis are busy wishing their megastar Mammootty on his 69th birthday. Along with the wishes of fans, Mammootty got a special wish from his son Dulquer Salmaan. Dulquer's Instagram photo of him kissing his father on his cheek went viral on social media. Dulquer's sister Surumi had other plans, she ordered a special birthday cake for her dear 'Vappachi'.

Mammootty shared a picture of himself cutting this cake on Instagram. The cake itself has some specialties. Mammootty is always fond of planting trees and watching them grow. Surumi's cake had a similar template-it had a tree with fruits. She was sure that Mammootty would love it.

According to the Cake Bakers, the cake was prepared in three hours. The cake was prepared as per the orders of Mammootty's daughter Surumi, they said.
