KOCHI: The High Court on Friday directed that dubbing artist Bhagyalakshmi and others should not be arrested till October 30 in the case of attacking controversial YouTuber. However, Bhagyalakshmi, her co-accused Sreelakshmi Arakkal and Diya Sana were severely criticized by the court.

'If you are ready to beat, you must be prepared to face the consequences. The actions of the accused send the wrong message to the society,' the court said. The court asked the accused who gave them the power to take the law into their own hands. However, it said that there was no need to take the accused into custody for interrogation.
