The complainant in her affidavit has said that no sexual assault has happened and it was consensual sex. On the basis of the victim’s testimony, the accused was given bail by the high court.

The high court has asked the DGP to submit a detail report after investigating the case on the basis of the victim’s testimony. The victim has earlier filed the complaint that she was sexually assaulted after the health inspector summoned her to his home for giving covid 19 negative certificate.
