Shanimol Osman apologises to Sudhakaran, expresses regret to leaders and activists

ALAPPUZHA: Shanimol Osman MLA has apologised to K Sudhakaran MP. In a Facebook post, she said that she is deeply saddened after her remarks against Sudhakaran stoked a controversy. Her post said that she did not want anyone in her party to react in such a way as Minister Sudhakaran criticised me and Lathika Subhash personally and A Vijayaraghavan against Remya Haridas MP. She said their insults had pained us a lot.

She said, ‘It is my fault reacting quickly without talking to the MP on the phone. I am apologizing for the personal difficulties caused and regret the inconvenience caused to Congress leaders and activists. None from the party have any connection with my response.’

Shanimol came down heavily on K Sudhakaran when his remarks against the chief minister sparked a controversy. Sudhakaran said that some leaders within the party were behind her open statement.
