THRISSUR: BJP state president K Surendran said that UDF-LDF collusion has come into existence in the state including Nemom. He told a news conference in Thrissur that the alliance is the result of the intervention of state leaders, including Chennithala.
The leaders started campaigning for this. He said that this political immorality would be brought to the notice of the people and both fronts would be exposed. The NDA's candidates will be finalized soon and popular candidates will be fielded in all constituencies, he said.
K Surendran said the BJP would welcome the Muslim League if it abandons its communal agenda and approves of Modi's development policy and enters the national mainstream. The party will also welcome those who resign from the League and accept the BJP's stand.
At the same time, Surendran says the Muslim League is the largest communal party in the country. However, the BJP state president added that IUML should be asked whether they are ready to agree with the BJP and that the party does not have a different view on the League issue.
