NEW DELHI: BJP's central leadership has backed the party's state president K Surendran in the Kodakara hawala case. BJP national president JP Nadda has directed the party to intensify its fight against the state government, Surendran said.
Surendran told the media that he had informed Nadda about the current political situation in Kerala. "Nadda directed to take strong action against the hate politics and fake cases created by the Pinarayi Vijayan government. He also asked the party's state leadership to fight against the fascist activities of Pinarayi Vijayan," Surendran said.
K Surendran met Nadda at the latter's residence in the context of issues related to the hawala case. Union Minister V Muraleedharan also participated in the discussion.
