THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KPCC president K Sudhakaran MP said that the social security pension for inmates of destitute homes has been stopped thereby accelerating the anti-human activities of Pinarayi Vijayan.

"Every philanthropist should think about what a terrible injustice it is. In order to reduce costs, the government needs to avoid extravagance. And the pensions of 30,000 poor should not be robbed. This anti-people government is ending the social security pension guaranteed to the homeless by the Oommen Chandy government in 2016. Don't try to hurt the poor in the belief that people will not take to the streets in this pandemic time. The state government should be ready to restore the pensions of the destitute", Sudhakaran wrote on Facebook.
