Meeting of religious leaders led by Cleemis Bawa on narcotic jihad issue, attempt to reach consensus

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A meeting of various religious leaders will be held today in connection with the narcotic jihad issue. The meeting will be presided over by Cardinal Mar Baselios Cleemis Bava and will be attended by the Latin Archbishop of Thiruvananthapuram, Dr Soosapakyam, Archbishop of Changanassery and Palayam Imam Hasan Madavoor. The meeting will be held at 3 pm in Thiruvananthapuram. The meeting of religious leaders is convened at a time when the narcotic issue stoked a controversy and aggravated after several religious leaders came up with a public response.
