Pedestrian dies after biker knocks him down in Edathua

ALAPPUZHA: A pedestrian was killed in an accident that happened last night at Edathua Green Bridge. Baby Thomas (54) of Pacha Kattuparambil died last night at 8.30 pm after he was knocked down by a bike. The motorist was going to Thakazhi from Edathua. Baby fell unconscious after the bike hit him.

The locals immediately rushed him to Vandanam Hospital but his life could not be saved. Baby is the son of Kuttappan and Annamma. He leaves behind his wife Anandavalli.
