Two persons killed in autorickshaw-lorry collision in Kannur

KANNUR: Two people were killed after a lorry collided with an autorickshaw in Pappinisseri. The deceased have been identified as Vadakara natives Ashwanth and Kamaljith. The accident took place at Chungam in Pappinisseri. Both the deceased were travelling in an autorickshaw.


Although the two were rushed to the hospital, they could not be saved. The bodies are currently kept at the Koyili Hospital in Kannur. One person was seriously injured in the accident.
