Protest against K-Rail is life and death struggle for Congress, CM eyeing at commission: K Sudhakaran

-sudhakaran

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KPCC president K Sudhakaran on Saturday said that the protest against K-Rail was a life and death struggle for Congress. He said that the party will support the legal battle against the project. Sudhakaran, who alleged that the Chief Minister has a non-transparent agenda in the SilverLine project, added that the CM was eyeing at the commission that he would get from the project.

"The claim that Railways has given nod for the project is absurd. This is part of the compromise between CPM and BJP. The lawyer that appeared for Railways took a stand in favour of the government. Railways will file a case against the lawyer," Sudhakaran said. Sudhakaran added that Oommen Chandy had backed off from the project after learning about it.
