Case should be registered against those who made the child chant provocative slogan: Shafi Parambil

Congress MLA Shafi Parambil has reacted strongly to the incident where a child was made to chant a provocative slogan during a Popular Front rally in Alappuzha. Shafi wrote on Facebook that the slogan chanted by the child at the rally was not the creation of the child and that a case should be registered against those who made the child chant it.

Shafi said that the attempt of adults to incite hatred in the minds of children is vicious and dangerous and that racists will always inspire each other to grow. 'The society should isolate those who are celebrating and enjoying such slogans instead of trying to stop the child from calling out like that,' Shafi Parambil wrote.
