rahul-gandhi

NEW DELHI: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has reacted to the banning of certain words in Parliament. Taking a dig at the Centre, Rahul Gandhi stated that all the words that accurately assess the Narendra Modi government have been tagged as unparliamentary and are banned now.

'Unparliamentary- – Words used in discussion and debates which correctly describe the PM's handling of the government, now banned from being spoken," Rahul Gandhi's post read.

Words such as corrupt, anarchist and dictatorial are among the words banned. If such words are used, they will be removed from the records of both houses. The list was released ahead of the monsoon session starting on July 18. The directions in this regard are given in the new booklet released by the Lok Sabha Secretariat.
