Attack on RSS office in Payyannur: Two CPM workers arrested

KANNUR: Police have arrested two persons in connection with the attack on the RSS office in Payyannur. The arrested have been identified as Payyannur native Kashyap and Peralam native Ganil. Both of them are CPM activists. Both of them had directly participated in the attack, sources said. Police had summoned them for questioning this morning.

A bomb was hurled at the RSS office in Payyannur took place on July 12 morning. The grills and windows of the building were damaged in the attack. The BJP had alleged that the CPM was behind the attack.
