kseb

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Now, people who do not have a bank account can also go to the nearest bank and pay their electricity bills by entering their consumer number. In addition to the KSEB office, Akshaya Centres and other online mechanisms, the new system, where the consumer number can be converted into a virtual account number for bill payment, was implemented last day. The special feature is that even those who cannot use online systems can now pay bills at banks. The system has been set up by the KSEB in collaboration with South Indian Bank.

Bank Account Details: Virtual Account Number (KSEB 13 Digit Consumer Number), Beneficiary’s name: Kerala State Electricity Board Limited, Bank and Branch : South Indian Bank Trivandrum Corporate, IFSC Code : SIBL 0000721.

The bills can also be paid via NEFT, the current system for net banking, and RGTS. As soon as the bill amount reaches the account of KSEB, an SMS will be sent to the customer's registered mobile number.
