RANCHI: Police have filed a case against a BJP woman leader for allegedly torturing a domestic help. The Jharkhand police have registered a case against Seema Patra, a BJP leader in Ranchi and the wife of a former IAS officer. Serious allegations have been levelled against the BJP leader. It has been revealed Seema had forced the 29-year-old domestic help to clean the toilet with her tongue. The domestic help, a tribal girl, was rescued by the police last week from Seema's help.
Seema had allegedly kept the woman captive in her residence in Ranchi's posh Ashok Nagar area for the last several years. ''The victim is in a state of trauma. She had claimed that she was made to lick her urine and her teeth were broken,'' the police said.
Meanwhile, the complainant has revealed to the police that it was Seema's son who saved her. She also said that Seema's son is currently admitted to a mental health centre.
