KSRTC management to withhold salary of employees participating in strike, declares dies-non

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The management to take strict action against the strike announced by TDF in opposing the implementation of single duty system in KSRTC. Dies-non will be applicable to employees who participate in the strike. It is warned the employees engaging in protest will not be given salary for the month of September. The management stated that announcing strike after confirming with the Chief Minister’s decision in the discussion is a challenge to those who are sincere in work. In the discussion, it was agreed that if the employees face difficulty in new duty system, changes can be made within six months.

It is a challenge to the employees as well as to bus passengers. The management reminds that they are trying to pay the salaries before the 5th of next month and the collection of Rs 8.4 crore on the first working day after the Onam holidays was the result of the united efforts of the employees.
