THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The complainant will file a plea against giving clean chit to former chief minister Oommen Chandy in the solar assault case. The woman said the decision is based on the legal advice obtained and will fight till justice is served.

The complainant said that she will file a plea in all the six cases. She had earlier stated that no further action will be taken against Oommen Chandy considering his age and illness.

The woman's sexual abuse complaint was against Oommen Chandy, K C Venugopal, Adoor Prakash, Hibi Eden, A P Anil Kumar and A P Abdullakutty. Oommen Chandy and former Congress leader and now BJP national leader AP Abdullakutty were given a clean chit today. The other were given a clean chit earlier.
