Court takes back SFI leaders bail, arrest to be made soon

KOCHI: Ernakulum district court revoked the bail allowed to SFI state secretary PM Arsho.The SFI leader from Kerala was out on bail for a case of attempted murder of a lawyer in Erattupetta. According to a report produced by police at the court, Arsho failed the bail norms of reporting to the investigation officer every Saturday. Earlier, after a month-long custody period, to much relief, the SFI leader was given bail by the court. On a similar note, Arsho then broke the bail norms leading again to an arrest.

Later in August, the SFI leader was handed his second bail by the court. With the court now vetoing the bail, the police look charged to register the arrest.
