India collapses in Adelaide; Australia win by 10 wickets, level series 1-1

ADELAIDE: There were no surprises or resistance. India was all out for 175 runs after the second inning batting collapsed on the third day. A lead of just 18 runs over Australia. Chasing a target of 19 runs, Australia won without losing a wicket in just 20 balls.

Australia's victory came easily with two days left to play. India could not hold their own against the Australian pacers at any stage. Skipper Cummins took five wickets for 57 runs; Boland took three and Starc two wickets. With the current victory, the Border-Gavaskar Trophy series was leveled at 1-1.
