NEW DELHI: Indian athlete Neeraj Chopra, who has won two Olympic medals, including gold, in javelin throw, got married the other day. Neeraj himself shared the news and wedding photos on social media. Many, including sports personalities and politicians, congratulated Neeraj Chopra and his partner Himani Mor. The wedding ceremony was held in a highly private manner, and since then, fans have been curious to know more about Neeraj Chopra's wife.
Himani Mor (25) is a native of Larsauli in Sonipat, Haryana. She is currently a postgraduate student in sports management at Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire. Additionally, she works as a part-time tennis coach at Amherst College in Massachusetts.
Himani completed her primary education at Little Angels School in Sonipat and later graduated in Political Science and Physical Education from Miranda House, Delhi. Himanshu, her only sibling, is a tennis player. After competing nationally in tennis for Delhi University, Himani represented India at the World University Games in Taipei in 2017. She also won a gold medal at the World Junior Tennis Championship held in Malaysia in 2016. According to information from the All India Tennis Association (AITA) website, Himani's best rankings until 2018 were 42 in singles and 27 in doubles.
