DUBAI: Gulf countries are in fear of Iran's attacks on US military bases. Iran launched missile attacks on US military bases in Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia and other countries. International media reported that explosions are heard all over Doha.

The Al Dhafra air base in Abu Dhabi is shared by the UAE and US air forces. It is reported that the UAE has temporarily closed its airspace as a precautionary measure. Reports say that an Iranian missile hit US' Bahrain naval base. There were attacks on the Kuwaiti base and the US base in Saudi Arabia. An official announcement has been made to the people by sounding sirens in Kuwait.

People have been instructed to stock essential supplies, choose a room without windows, and move to a safe place inside the house. Meanwhile, there are also reports that a missile that reached Qatar was intercepted. Bahrain responded that it will take an appropriate decision in the wake of the attacks.

Meantime, India is deeply concerned about Iran's attacks on Gulf countries. The attacks are taking place in the Gulf regions where most Malayalees work.
