DOHA: Qatar has announced that it will retaliate against the unexpected attack carried out by Israel in Doha. All GCC countries have condemned the attack. UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has arrived in Doha. Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is also travelling to Qatar. According to news agencies, Mohammed bin Salman will arrive in Doha on Thursday. Jordan Crown Prince Hussein will arrive in Qatar on Wednesday night.

Meanwhile, Qatar has rejected the US claim that the attack had been pre-announced. Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Al Thani accused Israel of sabotaging peace efforts. He warned that Israel would face retaliation and accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government of resorting to state terrorism. However, he also assured that Qatar would continue its efforts to end the Gaza war.

At the same time, the United States is trying to prevent Qatar from taking military action. Washington has assured that steps will be taken to prevent Israel from carrying out such attacks again. On Tuesday, five Hamas members and one Qatari security officer were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a Hamas office in northern Doha.
