'If BJP can rule India, why can't Suresh Gopi win in Kerala'

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Actor Alencier attributes Suresh Gopi's success in the Lok Sabha elections to his good character. Alencier shared his thoughts while attending a special screening of the new film "Golam." Although he acknowledged opposition and disagreements with Gopi's political views, Alencier emphasized that the people voted for him because of his humanity.

"Why can't Suresh Gopi win? If BJP has the right to rule India, doesn't Suresh Gopi have the right to win in Kerala? Isn't he an Indian citizen? BJP is not banned in India. If so, then he has no right to win. He won because he is a good man. I am not talking about politics. There may be opposition and disagreements with that politics. But it is his humanity that the locals voted for," Alencier said.

Meanwhile, it is reported that Suresh Gopi will be a member of the Union Cabinet. It is indicated that he received the instruction in this regard from the central leadership. It is reported that he will take oath along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday. But there is no confirmation in this regard.
