‘Look how crazy, using my old picture’; Brazilian model Larissa reacts on voting in India

NEW DELHI: The Brazilian model has stepped forward after opposition leader Rahul Gandhi alleged that her picture was used 22 times in 10 booths in Haryana's Rai assembly constituency. Rahul Gandhi had released a picture of the model wearing a blue denim jacket yesterday.

While searching for who it was, Brazilian model Larissa came forward, saying that her old picture was used for the fraud. Her response was by sharing the video. The video has been shared by many Congress leaders. In the video, Larissa says that she cannot believe the fraud and that everyone is laughing at it.

'Guys, I am going to tell you a joke. It’s too horrible! When I first saw this, I could not believe it. My old picture was used. My photo is older; I was young. They are using my picture for voting in India, portraying me as Indian to fight each other. Look how crazy.’

The model was the face of 22 voters including Sweety, Pinky, Seema, Saraswati, Darshan. This picture was taken by Brazilian photographer Matheus Ferrero. This picture of Matheus appeared on the stock image platform Unsplash in 2017. This picture has been downloaded more than four lakh times.
