BHOPAL: The State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has conducted an inspection at a private school in Madhya Pradesh's Morena district. Several materials including condoms and alcohol were found from a room in the school. Following this, the office has been sealed.
State Child Rights Protection Commission Member Nivedita Sharma along with District Education Officer visited the school for inspection. During the inspection, they became suspicious of the way to enter a building, so they asked to open it. But at first, the school authorities refused. But when they entered the room, they found accommodation facilities there. A pile of liquor bottles was found during further inspection. The case was then handed over to the Excise. Cooking facilities including a gas cylinder were also provided in this room.
But the school principal responded that the residence found by the investigating team was outside the school compound and empty liquor bottles were found there. He also added that they do not consume alcohol.
