Man exposes himself, masturbates outside girls' hostel; video surfaces on internet

NEW DELHI: A man exposed himself and masturbated in front of a girls' hostel here in Hudson Lane. The footage of the incident, said to have taken place on June 12, is circulating on social media.

From the video, it man can be seen that the man is staring at the girls standing on the balcony. Following this, he exposed himself and started masturbating. After recording this on the phone, the girls lodged a complaint with the Women's Commission along with the video.

The Women's Commission informed that a report has been sought from the police regarding the incident. The Women's Commission chairperson shared two videos regarding the same and tweeted that this is a serious incident.

हमें दो शिकायतें मिली कि Girls PG के बाहर एक लड़का रात में सड़क पर खड़ा होकर Masturbation करता है। दोनों वीडियो एक ही शख़्स की लग रही हैं। दिल्ली पुलिस को हाज़िरी समन जारी कर Action Taken रिपोर्ट माँगी है। ये मामला बेहद गंभीर है।
