NEW DELHI: The second car, used by the terrorists who carried out the Red Fort blast, was found in Haryana. The car was found today in Khandawali village in Faridabad, Haryana, where the terrorists were arrested the other day. An extensive search was underway for this car after it was discovered that the terrorists had bought an EcoSport in addition to the i20 car that exploded in the Red Fort blast.

The EcoSport, registered in Delhi on November 22, 2017, bearing the registration number DL 10 CK 0458, was recovered.

Dr Umar un Nabi, who died in the Red Fort blast, bought the car recently. The car was found parked inside a house in Khandawali village. This place is 12 km away from Al Falah University. Doctors and religious scholars suspected of the blast were arrested from this university. They have been found to have links with terrorist organisations Jaish-e-Mohammed and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind. Dr Umar bought the EcoSport car under a fake address. After the vehicle was found, experts have been appointed to examine it.
