Twins born to Ambani mid-flight: Nita Ambani shares story

Now Nita Ambani has shared the interesting story of how her elder children Akash and Isha got those names. She disclosed this in an interview to a national media.

Nita Ambani gave birth to Akash and Isha in America. However, Mukesh Ambani was on his way back to India at the time of delivery. When the flight landed in India, he was notified that he had to return to the US immediately. Ambani then started his journey back to America with his mother Kokila Ben. But before their arrival, Nita Ambani had given birth to twins.

The pilot of the plane announced that Mukesh Ambani had become father of twins. The pilot informed that a boy and a girl were born. After arriving in America, Mukesh Ambani and Nita thought about what to name their children. Finally Ambani himself named the children.

Ambani got the news of his daughter's birth while sitting on a plane enjoying the view of the mountains below. Hence, the baby was given the name Isha, which means goddess of the mountains. The name Akash was chosen for the son because he became a father during his journey through the sky. That is how Ambani gave them the names that are most associated with the birth and life of their children.
