LUCKNOW: A woman died after allegedly being pushed out of a moving train by a Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE) during an argument over her ticket. The incident occurred in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh. The victim, Aarti Yadav, was the wife of Navy officer Ajay Singh.

On Tuesday, Aarti mistakenly boarded a special train from Patna to Anand Vihar, believing it was the train for which she had a valid ticket. TTE Santhosh Kumar confronted her, and the dispute escalated. According to the investigation, Santhosh first threw Aarti’s handbag out of the train and then pushed her out while the train was moving.

Aarti’s body was discovered near the railway tracks in Bharthana on Wednesday. She is believed to have died shortly after the fall.

Police initially assumed she had accidentally fallen from the train. However, the investigation later confirmed that she had been pushed out of the train by the TTE. Following this revelation, the Etawah GRP registered a case against TTE Santhosh Kumar.
