Both babies killed by Anisha, FIR filed in murder of newborns

THRISSUR: Crucial details have been revealed in the murder of two newborn babies in Thrissur's Puthukkad. The FIR states that the mother Anisha herself killed both babies. The FIR states that Anisha suffocated the first baby on November 6, 2021, and killed the second baby in her brother's room on August 29, 2024. After killing the second baby, she wrapped the body in a cloth and put it in the toilet. The next day, she put the body in a bag and went to Bhavin's mother's house and buried it in the yard. Four months later, the second baby's grave was opened and the bones were taken. The bones of the first baby were taken eight months later.

The police collected evidence from Anisha, who was taken into custody. The evidence was collected in and around Anisha's house. When the police took Anisha inside the house, she hugged her mother and cried.

Anisha is a lab technician. Anisha and Bhavin met on Facebook in 2020. She became pregnant in 2021 and gave birth without the knowledge of her family. Anisha became pregnant for the second time and again gave birth without the knowledge of her family. The woman told the police that she had suffocated the baby when it cried. The body was then handed over to Bhavin. After this, problems arose in their relationship. Bhavin came to the police station with the bones, suspecting that Anisha would marry another man. They had had a fight yesterday. Bhavin came to the station drunk at around 12 o'clock last night. He had also told the police that he had buried the two babies in two places.
